What Is Naturopathy…

Naturopathy is a system of medicine that has been around for centuries. In a consultation, the Naturopath will ask questions and examine the iris, tongue, hand and nails to detect nutritional imbalances, body function and assess organs in distress.

A Personal Approach…

Emphasis is placed on taking the time to be thorough, really listen to what the individual has to say about their symptoms and then explain what is happening on the inside of their bodies and how this is affecting their wellbeing. This approach will often reveal the root of their ill health.

Treatment…..

By gaining and understanding of the cause/s of ill health, treatment programs are focussed towards specific organs and therapeutic objectives. Health programs move the client towards feeling better and learning how to manage their own health with practical diet and lifestyle advice.

To fast track health outcomes, Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Supplements, Homeopathy or Bach Flower Essences may also be utilised in a treatment program.

What Is Herbal Medicine….

The use of herbs as a form of medicine can be very effective in certain conditions. The beauty of herbs is the ability to combine different liquid herbs to produce a personalised herbal remedy that will often elicit a quicker, more effective response for the individual.

Herbs act gently to stimulate various organs and body functions to help them do the job they were designed to do. A qualified practitioner is knowledgeable on which herbs to avoid in certain conditions. For convenience, herbal medicines are also available in a tablet form.
